This Senior Business Systems Analyst role within the AI Platform team at TD Bank focuses on enhancing AI capabilities and delivering AI-powered solutions. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between business, product, and engineering teams, driving the discovery and definition of complex business and system requirements. Key responsibilities include producing system requirements aligned with established standards and frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements essential for scalable AI and data platform solutions.
Develop effective and efficient solutions through research and analysis of current system processes.,Define technology solution options and recommendations in collaboration with technology partners.,Collaborate with stakeholders to determine solutions and assess impact on existing processes and systems.,Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional requirements.,Document traceability of system requirements from design through deployment.,Support testing teams in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results.,Provide support and guidance in technology requirements delivery, focusing on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation.,Promote innovation and critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities.,Adhere to existing processes and standards for requirements management and technology delivery.,Continuously enhance knowledge of system analysis, technology trends, TD services, applications, infrastructure, and analytical tools.,Continuously enhance knowledge of business domains and their products/services.,May support change management planning, implementation, and post-implementation activities.,May support the development of business cases.,Adhere to the TD code of conduct.,Participate fully as a team member, supporting a positive work environment and ensuring timely communication.,Contribute to knowledge transfer within the team and business unit.,Keep current on emerging trends and developments.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities.,Keep others informed about project status and relevant day-to-day activities.,Assist others in work activities and provide training, coaching, and guidance as appropriate.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank.
