Business Systems Analyst-Commercial Banking Deposits

Work closely with PMO and business partners to estimate efforts with strong Commercial Banking and Payments technology domain knowledge.,Partner with various stakeholders to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions.,Build strong relationships, lead discussions, and ask relevant questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.,Prepare and validate solution design documents, including scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.,Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert.,Provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.,Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members in resolving organizational, operational, and process problems.

Strong experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Business Systems Consultant role leading projects and designing solutions.,Ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation.,Strong Commercial Banking and Payments technology domain knowledge with FIS IBS Core Banking platform.,Experience and expertise in designing/implementing Deposit Account Opening Platforms for Commercial banking clients.,Understanding of Treasury Management Onboarding processes and systems engineering to enhance client onboarding and servicing.,Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.,Strong abilities in analyzing and understanding data, as well as gap analysis expertise.,Proficient with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications.,Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.,Experience with Confluence/Jira in an Agile environment (asset).
