Description

The Business Manager will work with the Front Office and other departments within RBC Wealth Management Asia (WMA) to ensure excellent client experiences and foster a collaborative environment. They will also support the Team Head, Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), and ARM Team Lead in managing business operations and improving efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate with Team Heads to optimize resource allocation and enhance workflows.,Oversee daily transaction processing and exceptional approvals for the Front Office, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Act as a key liaison for client complaints and operational escalations.,Investigate operational errors, implement corrective actions, and mitigate risks.,Collaborate with ARM Leads to manage Front Office inquiries and ensure timely responses.,Identify opportunities to enhance processing efficiencies, client experience, and risk mitigation.,Engage with Business Transformation Group and IT teams to plan and execute WMA initiatives.,Analyze exceptional findings with Business Risk Management, review performance scorecards, and manage ARM recruitment.,Assist internal/external audits through documentation review and testing.,Manage training records and ensure compliance with learning requirements.,Collaborate with the Administrative Team for seamless office operations.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or other relevant professional finance qualifications,At least 8 years' relevant experience in financial services industry,HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent,Certified ECF qualification is preferred,Experience and knowledge of wealth management or private banking investment products will be highly preferred
