Business Management Analyst Intern/Co-op (Summer 2026) - Preferred Candidate

Description

This internship/co-op opportunity at TD Bank's Technology group offers students the chance to gain valuable experience by working on meaningful assignments related to technology platforms like core banking or customer engagement. Interns will be treated as equal team members and will contribute to improving technology platforms. The role is part of a program designed to enhance career capabilities and professional networks through leadership talks and learning sessions on various topics.

What We're Looking For

Provide business management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and / or analytical support.,Develop and/or prepare applicable business metrics / standard / ad hoc reporting.,Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment and review of business performance/ processes/ initiatives.,Support the development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information.,Contribute to various operational activities (e.g., report production, system queries, process mapping, tracking, analysis and procedural support, premises, onboarding).,Remain informed of emerging issues, industry trends and/or relevant changes.,Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area and keep current emerging trends/developments.,Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines.,Support a positive work environment and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest.,Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency.,Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers.,Provide specialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support.,Provide guidance/assistance to other team members and internal partners.,Independently deliver assigned initiatives with direction from management.

Ideal Candidate

Currently enrolled in a Business / Finance program.,Primarily targets 3rd & 4th year students (open to all years of study).

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree (in progress)

Work Hours

Special Commitments

Must reside in Canada where the role is located. Successful candidates are expected to arrange relocation to one of our Toronto or Moncton offices in a hybrid model (4 days per week in office).
