Business Financial Services Analyst

Description

This role focuses on providing business functional support to end-users, resolving business problems, addressing functional queries and issues, and offering technical and business recommendations in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

Provide ongoing business functional support for existing systems, including troubleshooting and ensuring proper functionality.

Gather requirements, understand current processes, and identify areas for improvement through business system analysis.

Design and implement changes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Manage system configurations, installations, and updates.

Educate users on new system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.

Create user manuals and other documentation.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for successful solution implementation.

Generate reports and analyze data to track performance and identify trends.

Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of W360 suite (MPower and Document center) - mandatory.

Ability to analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and user problems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create clear and concise documentation for users and technical staff.

Understanding of business process improvement methodologies and best practices (Nice-to-have).

Ability to design and deliver effective training programs for users (Nice-to-have).
