Lumerate is actively hiring a Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing Zymewire team. Zymewire is an intelligence tool for sales professionals in the biotech and pharma service provider space. The role involves driving new pipeline growth, achieving monthly recurring revenue targets, managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with customer success, identifying new prospects, initiating outreach, providing product feedback, and supporting trial accounts.
Attainment of monthly new pipeline growth goals through Zymewire-initiated outreach to new prospects.,Attainment of monthly new logo MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets from closed business (inbound or outbound).,Moving sales opportunities through the sales pipeline to closure.,Collaborating with the Customer Success team for smooth customer transition and implementation success.,Identifying and adding new companies to target lists.,Hunting for new access routes into prospect companies.,Initiating cold outreach to viable prospects using effective methods.,Providing feedback to the product team on features to increase revenue and improve user retention.,Working with trial accounts to ensure a smooth and fruitful trial/pilot period.,Maintaining internal records and suggesting administrative improvements within the sales organization.,Applying customer savviness as a team player elsewhere in the company.,Helping develop scripts and messaging to facilitate expansion of the overall sales organization.
