Nuvei is seeking a Business Development Manager of Sales in Payment Solutions for the rapidly expanding Middle East & African (MEA) region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue, expand market share, and build client relationships in the MEA market. A deep understanding of traditional payment systems and FinTech, along with a proven sales track record, is essential for success in this role.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within the payment sector in MEA.,Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing applicable Nuvei payment solutions.,Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the region to identify new opportunities and potential threats.,Maintain a deep understanding of Nuvei payment solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects, acting as an expert and principal advisor.,Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, pricing, compliance & risk, and partnership to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.,Develop and implement sales performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.,Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand Nuvei's reach and enhance offerings in the payment sector.
From 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.,Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.,Proven track record of success in sales roles within the financial services or fintech industry, with a focus on payment solutions.,Deep understanding of acquiring, ecommerce, Point of Sale, and payment processing systems.,Motivated, adaptable with strong selling skills with the ability to be a self-starter to achieve exceptional results thriving in a challenging environment.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.,Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.,Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
