Description

The Business Deposit Specialist is responsible for designing, structuring, presenting, negotiating, and implementing custom deposit solutions for complex business clients. This role involves supporting Relationship Managers with portfolio reviews, identifying opportunities, and proposing solutions to enhance the client experience through superior business solutions and financial advice. Key responsibilities include pre-contact planning, new client acquisition, documenting client solutions, and developing capabilities related to deposit and investment opportunity spotting. The position requires mobility within the region and extensive travel.

What We're Looking For

5 years' experience in Deposit and Investments product specialty field.,Strong client impact, execution excellence, and collaboration skills.,Strong analytical and technology skills, including financial analysis to match client needs with financial solutions.,Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple, conflicting demands.,Proven negotiation skills.,Ability to design, structure, present, negotiate, and implement client solutions, including pricing.,Experience in portfolio review for new client acquisition and additional product sales.,Proficiency in documenting client solutions within client relationship plans and pipeline Client 360 for contact management and reporting.,Capability development related to Deposit and Investment opportunity spotting, client discovery, and solution proposals.,Required mobility within the region.,Extensive travel required.

Ideal Candidate

University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience.,Commercial Financial Services experience.
