Business Application Analyst II

Description

This role at The Toronto-Dominion Bank involves providing business application management support, including operational process support, application reporting, issue logging, status reporting, and requirements gathering. The analyst is responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support for multiple applications, access management, documentation of business artifacts for projects, supporting business partners and users, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and workflow enhancements. The role also includes supporting change management and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

What We're Looking For

Provide business application management related support.,Responsible for operational process support, application reporting, issue logging, issue status reporting, and support on requirements gathering.,Execute day-to-day operations (policies and procedures) and administrative support to multiple applications owned and managed, including access management.,Responsible for the documentation of all business owned artifacts required for projects and major initiatives, adhering to the bank's project delivery methodology and application/data lifecycle practices.,Provide on-going support to various business partners and users on applications.,Provide support and input for scorecard/dashboard key performance metrics and operational monitoring on applications for business partners.,Manage and support all required Business Operation documentation.,Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team.,Implement enhancements to existing workflows to improve automation, standardization, and overall efficiency.,Support change management activities to ensure project and release changes are transitioned effectively into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.,Assist with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for projects and release maintenance activities.

Ideal Candidate

Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in business application support or operations.,Sound knowledge of applications supported by the team, including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules.,Sound knowledge of bank's PDLC methodology, business testing, and project management.
