The Business Operations Management (BOM) team at TD helps Corporate Technology partners achieve operational and strategic excellence through financial and performance management, portfolio and investment management, resource management, operational risk management, and communications. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex functional areas, implementing policies and initiatives, and supporting forward-deployed teams with reporting, data management, Power BI dashboards, and efficiency through automation. It also includes supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, measuring financial performance, and providing specialized business management and financial advice to senior management.
Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high-risk functional areas.,Implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives.,Support forward-deployed teams with Source of Truth Reporting and Analytics, Data Management, Availability of Data and Privacy, Power BI Dashboards and Peer Development, and Efficiencies and Enablement via Modelling & Automation.,Leverage local tooling to introduce efficiencies broadly.,Support the monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting process.,Contribute to complex, wide-ranging enterprise-wide, cross-function or business-specific initiatives, and play an instrumental role in measuring financial performance (resource management or financial related).,Present monthly consolidated resource and financial results, pinpoint issues, identify productivity opportunities, know trends, and provide specialized business management & financial advice to senior management and respective teams.,Own governance of Clarity and ensure assigned area utilizes Clarity accurately, ensuring rates and recoveries in Clarity are accurate monthly.,Oversee, lead, manage, and plan diverse work activities involving the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas.,Assist in the creation and production of Dashboards and Scorecards, work with Platform teams to update rolling forecasts, and monitor performance against plan.
Undergraduate degree.,7+ years relevant experience.,Willingness to lean in for hands-on learning experience in analytics.,Ability to perform reporting validations & inquiries and drive recommendations/findings.
