Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure (HVAC, power distribution, fire suppression) to guarantee uninterrupted operation of data center facilities, aligning with RBC's zero-downtime objectives.,Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid diagnosis/resolution of mechanical, electrical, or environmental anomalies to prevent failures.,Optimize temperature, humidity, and airflow via Building Management Systems (BMS) to protect IT hardware while maximizing energy efficiency (e.g., tracking Power Usage Effectiveness/PUE).,Enforce adherence to RBC safety protocols, OSHA standards, and local regulations; conduct emergency drills and maintain documentation for audits.,Log all system performance data, maintenance activities, and incidents in real time; escalate critical issues and contribute to root-cause analysis reports.
