Description

This role at Saputo Inc. involves providing meal and rest breaks for production, filling, and packaging team members. Responsibilities include operating and setting up production equipment, conducting quality checks, managing inventory labels, and maintaining accurate production records. The position requires adherence to standard operating procedures and physical tasks in a manufacturing facility.

What We're Looking For

Provide rest breaks and meal periods for team members in identified process, filling and packaging positions.,Safe and efficient operation of production packaging and filling equipment.,Set-up, operate and replenish fiber gluer and/or taping equipment.,Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation.,Collect routine product samples and perform routine seal integrity testing.,Generate pallet identification labels in accordance to the production schedule.,Set-up case coding equipment and validate product case codes.,Verify and record accurate product case quantities.,Identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions.,Follow the established notification protocol.,Perform routine equipment adjustments.,Accurately and neatly complete production records, break relief reports and documents.,Perform equipment change-overs, clean-up operations and equipment set-up.

Ideal Candidate

Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required.

Work Hours
