Lead the 1–3-year business plan for Davidstow and Private Label with full P&L and budget ownership.,Develop and execute insight-led brand strategies to achieve market, brand, and financial KPIs.,Drive NPD projects and create compelling selling stories to win distribution and engage customers.,Manage integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Davidstow's premium positioning.,Present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within food or drink.,Strong commercial acumen, including P&L interpretation and budget management.,Ability to bring a brand to life through creative storytelling and innovative marketing approaches.,Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.,Interest in NPD and packaging design (preferred but not essential).
