As a Registered Client Associate (RCA) / Branch Service Manager (BSM) at RBC Wealth Management, you will act as a trusted resource for clients, advisors, and the branch team. This role involves using administrative and operational skills to support advisors in business growth, maintaining compliance, resolving issues, onboarding accounts, and processing records in a fast-paced environment. The BSM also serves as a player-coach, acting as the main link between Complex management and the branch on operational matters, and promoting a positive work environment. Oversee branch staff and operations, including onboarding, training, motivation, providing work direction, and resolving issues or escalating to Complex management.,Ensure effective communication of policy and procedural changes and other issues impacting branch employees.,Onboard new accounts, accurately record and transmit securities/coupons to the Complex main office and Minneapolis, following all procedures.,Oversee cage activities for timely transaction processing.,Build and maintain professional client relationships, assist with account questions, facilitate fund/securities transfers, complete trades, and process checks, wires, and ACHs promptly.
Bachelor's degree or job related experience,3+ years of financial services experience with a solid knowledge of industry rules and regulations,Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills,Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65)
