Branch Service Manager/Client Associate

Description

This role at RBC Wealth Management involves joining a branch to support financial advisors, clients, and the team. The Branch Service Manager acts as a liaison between Complex management and the branch on operational matters. Responsibilities include leading, training, and motivating branch staff, ensuring smooth operations, communicating policy changes, managing new accounts, processing transactions, and building client relationships by assisting with account inquiries, fund transfers, and trades.

What We're Looking For

Oversee branch staff and operations, including onboarding, training, motivating, and providing work direction.,Resolve staff supervision issues or escalate to Complex management.,Ensure effective communication of policy and procedural changes.,Onboard new accounts and accurately record/transmit securities and coupons.,Oversee cage activities for timely transaction processing.,Build and maintain professional client relationships, assisting with account questions, fund/security transfers, and trade processing.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of financial services experience with solid knowledge of industry rules and regulations.,Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) or ability to obtain within 12 months.,Bachelor's degree or job-related experience (Nice-to-have).,Supervisory experience (Nice-to-have).
