Branch Operations Assistant

Description

The Branch Operations Assistant will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to clients and employees within the RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Sudbury. This includes managing incoming communications, delivering attentive service to clients, handling administrative tasks for the management team such as office stationery orders and boardroom scheduling, and supporting Advisor teams with fund processing and account documentation.

What We're Looking For

Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.,Provide attentive and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs.,Complete administrative tasks for the Management team (e.g., office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, support to the Branch Operations Manager).,Complete administrative and operational tasks for Advisor teams (e.g., process incoming and outgoing funds, process account opening and maintenance documentation).

Meticulous attention to detail,Excellent time management skills,Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,Strong Microsoft Office skills,A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment,Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions,Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE (Nice-to-have),Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures (Nice-to-have),Experience in the securities industry (Nice-to-have)
