The Branch Operations Assistant will provide superior service and administrative and operational support to clients and employees within RBC Dominion Securities.
Answer telephones and greet clients in a friendly manner.
Provide attentive and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs.
Complete administrative tasks such as managing office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and supporting Branch Operations Managers.
Prepare cheques and daily bank deposits.
Deal with incoming and outgoing funds.
Process account opening and any related account documentation.
Support advisory teams in general administrative duties for client account management.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as required.

Must be bilingual (English and French) to serve clients and interact with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada.
