Branch Manager Trainee

Description

The Branch Manager Trainee at TD Canada Trust is responsible for leading a medium-sized team to enhance customer experience and achieve business results. This role involves mentoring the team on banking solutions, promoting TD's image in the community, resolving escalated customer issues, overseeing complex administrative duties, and developing business strategies. The trainee will also ensure operational excellence, foster positive relationships with customers and internal partners, and maintain a customer-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For

Mentor team on advice-giving strategies for banking solutions.,Promote TD's image and goodwill within the community.,Enhance customer experience by understanding financial needs and providing solutions.,Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues.,Oversee complex branch administrative duties for mutual funds, real estate secured credit, and compliance-related issues.,Ensure optimal employee scheduling.,Develop and implement business development strategies and communicate results.,Ensure accuracy of all customer transactions per TD's policies.,Mentor the team on offering 'One TD' solutions and building lasting customer relationships.,Liaise with Wealth and Business Banking to stay updated on processes and regulations.,Cultivate a positive and customer-focused work environment.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience.,Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.,Extensive knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, policies, programs, and systems.
