What We're Looking For

Coach banking advisors and support their daily activities and career paths.,Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a climate of commitment and excellent service.,Ensure the smooth operation, synergy, and performance of the Advice Centre, promoting operational excellence and high-quality advice.,Promote and foster the advisory approach of the banking advisor model.,Ensure compliance with identification, security, and privacy standards to protect client and banking data and manage risk.,Proactively identify workforce needs, analyze gaps between current and future resources, and develop action plans.,Support and coach the team in canvassing activities and making proactive contacts.,Represent the Bank professionally with clients and external candidates.,Be present at the branch to meet operational needs.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of experience.,Have been a mutual fund representative for at least 2 years (MFR).,Be a Branch Compliance Officer (BCO); an asset.,Extensive experience in team management and coaching.,Expertise in banking services, the advisory approach, and business development.,Knowledge of financing, investment, and insurance services offered in a bank.,Ability to motivate a team and manage change.,Ability to understand a problem and implement effective solutions to solve it.,Ability to work in collaboration with various internal and external partners.
