In this leadership role, you will act as a primary market leader and brand ambassador for RBC within the community. Your focus is on motivating and coaching a branch team to deliver high-quality client advice and service. You are responsible for identifying market opportunities, driving business growth through client acquisition, and championing the transition to digital banking channels while ensuring the branch meets all operational and compliance standards.
Manage and lead a branch team to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Capitalize on local market opportunities to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Coach staff on advice-based routines and digital enablement to increase client self-service and multi-channel usage.
Recruit, develop, and manage talent to maintain high levels of employee engagement and capability.
Conduct operational, credit, and compliance reviews to mitigate risk and close performance gaps.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and internal RBC stakeholders.
Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC).
Completion of an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam offered by the CSI (or ability to write it within 4 months of start date).
Proven experience in people management and team coaching.
Background in financial services sales and advisory.
Must be willing to obtain CSI branch management certification within 4 months if not currently held.
