Manage a team to deliver exceptional client experience by providing advice and leveraging RBC's full capabilities.,Champion digital enablement, educating clients on self-service and encouraging interaction through their preferred channels.,Lead the team by actively engaging clients, offering complex advice solutions, and modeling teamwork.,Maintain local community involvement, motivating the team and RBC Partners to connect with clients and Centers of Influence.,Strategically manage Advisor team capacity, leveraging skills, mobility, and traffic flow to drive client contacts.,Role model, coach, and champion the Leadership Model, demonstrating empathy and kindness in all interactions.,Advocate for inclusion, creating an environment where team members and clients feel valued and can achieve their full potential.,Develop and coach the team to improve proficiency and capability for current roles and future career progression.
Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Completed Branch Compliance Officer course from the Canadian Securities Institute, or ability to complete the exam within 4 months of start date.,Experience in both business and personal banking (Nice-to-have).,For Canada (excluding Quebec): Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation (e.g., Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I).,For Quebec: Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (e.g., Fundamentals of Personal Finance – Quebec, Investment and Taxation Fundamentals – Quebec, Insurance and Retirement – Quebec).
