The Branch Administrator-Technology at CIBC's Wood Gundy team provides support to the Branch Manager and their team by managing the technology and hardware of the branch. This role focuses on ensuring efficient branch operations through effective technological management and delivering excellent customer service to clients.
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to provide administrative support and meet their needs, building relationships within the community to promote the CIBC brand, assisting in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions, and performing administrative activities related to branch technology while maintaining compliance standards.
A degree or diploma in technology or IT is required. Candidates should be digitally savvy, detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills, client-focused, eager to learn, curious about technology, and possess strong interpersonal skills, embracing CIBC's values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
