As a Branch Administrative Assistant at National Bank Financial, you will ensure the smooth functioning of daily administrative operations by working closely with clients and colleagues, adhering to established policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Ensure compliant day-to-day branch operations related to financial transactions,Act as a contact person for operational issues, HR questions, and logistical needs for branch employees,Disseminate administrative procedures and policies and ensure employee understanding and compliance,Perform rigorous follow-ups recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance,Closely monitor budgets related to branch activities,Maintain the premises and a quality work environment,Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager on various tasks

Ideal Candidate

College or technical diploma and 3 years of experience OR bachelor's degree in a related field,Administrative support experience,Experience in the investment industry (an asset),Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) (an asset),Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (an asset)
