Act as a contact person for operational, relational, and IT issues for branch staff.
Perform daily administrative tasks (e.g., mail management, filing, ordering supplies).
Monitor branch operating budgets and promote sound business practices.
Ensure adherence to administrative procedures and policies.
Handle phone calls, greet clients, and direct them to appropriate employees.
Organize, coordinate, and manage meetings with clients and partners.
Maintain the premises and a quality work environment.
College diploma in administrative technology or office technology.
3 years of experience in the brokerage industry (sales or operations).
Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course and the Canadian Securities Course (an asset).
Organizational and priority management skills.
Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
