Bilingual Risk Assessment Insurance Specialist

This role involves supporting Estate Planning Specialists and Investment Advisors within RBC Wealth Management Financial Services Inc. by actively managing insurance policy reviews. Key tasks include identifying high-priority policies, gathering essential documentation, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, tracking review progress, and addressing policy-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a relationship builder, and a team player with excellent communication skills, thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What We're Looking For

Provide Book of Business listing to the EPS team and collaborate to identify high-priority policies (e.g., Universal Life YRT policies, Whole Life policies with loans or premium offsets).,Gather and deliver essential documentation, including original illustrations, current statements, in-force illustrations, and Term renewal spreadsheets.,Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track review progress, and set reminders for future policy reviews.,Address questions or concerns related to policy reviews and ensure seamless support for the EPS team.,Representative's certificate in insurance of persons issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or Full Insurance Licensed (LLQP).,Bilingualism (English and French) required, as interactions will involve partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance or financial services.,Post-secondary education.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.,Proven track record of delivering high-level client service.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

Representative's certificate in insurance of persons issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or Full Insurance Licensed (LLQP).,Minimum of 3-5 years in insurance or financial services.,Post-secondary studies in a related field.
