Provide operational support and perform a range of transactions for the Operations function. This role involves communicating with partners to understand their needs, executing transactions accurately, resolving or escalating issues, identifying service improvement opportunities, and adhering to internal and industry regulations. It also includes supporting business processes, reviewing internal activities for improvements, and contributing to a positive team environment. This position requires active participation in skill development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the business unit and regulatory requirements.
