Description

The Bilingual Insolvency Officer at RBC will apply investigative skills to resolve issues, ensuring operational risk mitigation and compliance. This role serves as a referral point for team members, aiming to deliver a seamless client experience and foster collaboration within the team and across partners to support RBC's One Client, One Bank vision.

What We're Looking For

Responsible for fulfillment and/or servicing of complex client transactions related to bankruptcies, consumer proposals, and credit counseling services files.,Apply sound judgment to approve, decline, or negotiate bankruptcy, consumer proposal, and credit counseling services.,Field calls from clients and industry professionals.,Complete risk reports, balancing customer service and business risk.,Resolve issues specific to the group, function, and process.,2+ years of collections experience.,Bilingualism (English and French) for business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada.,Ability to formulate intricate Risk Assessment Reports.,Proven negotiation, solution-finding, and decision-making skills.,Ability to take calls from clients, trustees, and service partners in a call centre environment.,Strong understanding of the balance between customer service and business risk.,Results-driven with demonstrated ability to review, seek solutions, and make decisions.,Ability to work efficiently in a challenging environment.,Ability to work shifts within the hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.
