Provide professional credit advice and education for various stages of the home buying journey, including addressing complex credit, leveraging home equity, and all RBC mortgage programs.,Support full end-to-end mortgage fulfillment using Casper and Linx.,Establish a regular contact strategy and update systems to maintain client relationships.,Deepen client relationships by guiding them through the awareness, research, validation, and decision-making stages of home equity financing.,Utilize innovative tools like video-enabled capabilities and screen sharing to enhance client experience.,Develop strong partner relationships for mortgage referrals and application fulfillment.,Contribute to broader growth through opportunity spotting and warm introductions to RBC partners.,Stay updated on RBC policies and procedures, ensuring due diligence.,Flexibility to work various shifts: Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 8 PM, and Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM (local time).
