Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative

Description

The Bilingual (French/English) Creditor Customer Service Representative will engage with clients via phone, providing insurance advice and solutions tailored to their individual needs. The role emphasizes a client-focused approach to effectively process requests, offer service solutions for credit insurance coverage on various loans, and retain customers by highlighting the benefits of their coverage. Superior customer service, rapport building, and gaining client confidence are crucial for success.

What We're Looking For

Handle inbound calls, meet customer expectations by providing information, understanding needs, offering value-added solutions, identifying opportunities, and resolving concerns.,Secure new business and/or retain existing business.,Ensure customers receive optimal service, either personally or by referring them to appropriate internal/external partners.,Take ownership of client concerns, build accountability from the first point of contact through client-focused behaviors, and follow escalation processes when necessary.,Process applicable paperwork for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Meet monthly sales and retention goals.

Ideal Candidate

Must-have:,Excellent communication skills in French and English.,Solid aptitude for listening, establishing rapport, and finding the right solutions for customers.,Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills.,Ability to navigate between multiple systems.,Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).,Nice-to-have:,Sales experience and success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a Contact Centre environment.

Special Commitments
