The representative will focus on delivering superior customer service, building rapport, and achieving monthly sales and retention goals.
Handling inbound calls, meeting customer expectations by providing information, understanding needs, offering value-added solutions, identifying opportunities, and taking accountability for resolving customer concerns.,Securing new business and/or retaining existing business.,Ensuring customers receive optimal service, personally or by referring them to appropriate partners.,Taking ownership of client concerns, building ownership and accountability at the first point of contact through client-focused behaviors, and escalating issues when necessary.,Processing applicable paperwork for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Meeting monthly sales and retention goals.
