Description

The role involves acting as a Bilingual (French/English) Creditor Customer Service Representative, interacting with clients over the phone to provide insurance advice and solutions. Responsibilities include processing client requests, offering advice on credit insurance coverage (loans, lines of credit, mortgages, business loans), and retaining customers by highlighting the benefits of their coverage. The representative will focus on delivering superior customer service, building rapport, and achieving monthly sales and retention goals.

Handling inbound calls, meeting customer expectations by providing information, understanding needs, offering value-added solutions, identifying opportunities, and taking accountability for resolving customer concerns.,Securing new business and/or retaining existing business.,Ensuring customers receive optimal service, personally or by referring them to appropriate partners.,Taking ownership of client concerns, building ownership and accountability at the first point of contact through client-focused behaviors, and escalating issues when necessary.,Processing applicable paperwork for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Meeting monthly sales and retention goals.

Ideal Candidate

Solid aptitude for listening, establishing rapport and finding the right solutions for customers.,Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills.,Ability to navigate between multiple systems.,Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00 pm).
