Description

This role is with the Credit Management and Recoveries team, where the officer acts as an RBC ambassador. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional client experience by providing financial advice and payment solutions to clients in need. This includes supporting clients through various interaction channels and championing the RBC brand.

What We're Looking For

Engage with clients through outbound calls regarding outstanding payments on credit cards, personal, and business accounts.,Educate clients and provide advice on credit solutions, negotiating tailored payment arrangements for overdue accounts to help clients meet financial obligations.,Empathically respond to client questions and offer solutions based on their financial situation, particularly when they need support the most.,Resolve problems at the first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner, maintaining relationships with partners.,Contribute to team results by supporting colleagues to meet client needs.,Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.,Proven interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills.,Ability to build rapport while offering appropriate solutions and mitigating risk.,Desire to build exceptional client experiences, with a passion and curiosity to help clients and solve their concerns.,Bilingualism (English and French) is required for serving both English and French-speaking clients.,Flexibility to work various shifts: Monday to Friday 8 AM-11 PM EST and Saturday 8 AM-7 PM EST.

Ideal Candidate

Past experience in a customer service role where a variety of needs-based solutions were provided.,Negotiation skills.,Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment.,Previous experience working in a Contact/Call Centre and in a fast-paced financial and/or service industry.

Work Hours
