The Bilingual Contact Center Representative at TD supports customers 24/7 by understanding their needs, resolving inquiries, and recommending relevant TD products and services. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized customer service, solving problems efficiently, achieving performance targets, and continuous learning within a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing friendly support and knowledge of TD products and services.,Resolve customer inquiries efficiently at the first point of contact through active listening and empathy.,Consistently achieve performance objectives, including customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.,Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching to foster continuous growth and development.,High School Diploma or equivalent.,Bilingual (French & English).,Exceptional listening skills and a curiosity to help customers.,Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets).,Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Integrity when managing sensitive customer information in alignment with Regulatory and Compliance guidelines.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or equivalent.,Preference given to those with experience in financial or service industries.
