In this hybrid role, the agent will primarily interact with clients over the phone to provide exceptional customer service and negotiate solutions for financial well-being. The role involves building relationships, offering personalized support, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Strong background in customer service with a passion for helping clients and resolving issues,Proven negotiation skills to find fair and effective solutions that meet client needs,Excellent attention to detail and ability to document payment arrangements accurately,Ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment,Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and a quick learner of new systems,Familiarity with compliance laws related to collections is a strong asset
