The Regional Administration Coordinator will support Financial Planning Specialists, Will and Estate Consultants, and Business Owner – High Net Worth Planning Services Specialists by handling administrative tasks to allow them to focus on client service. This role is within RBC Family Office Services, which helps clients with financial and estate planning.
Oversee the efficiency of day-to-day operations,Fulfill administrative duties: Printing, packaging, and mailing of client reports,Manage specialist calendars and meeting materials,Complete monthly expense reports,Maintain and order equipment and supplies,Manage files and records, and complete travel arrangements,Assist with preparations for business seminars and special events
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the financial industry,Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills,Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision,Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a team player,Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines,Good attention to detail,Strong time management skills,Bilingualism (English and French) required
