Description

As a Banking Centre Leader at CIBC, you will be part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, responsible for leading and coaching a high-performing team of financial services professionals. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional client experience by deepening client relationships, meeting financial needs, and advocating for CIBC within the community. You will also oversee business performance, manage risks, and contribute to the overall growth of the banking centre, ensuring a culture of teamwork and accountability.

What We're Looking For

Lead by example in providing high standards of client service and deepening client relationships.,Advocate for CIBC in the community to develop new and existing client relationships.,Encourage quick resolution of client complaints and appropriate escalation.,Create a teamwork-oriented culture to optimize client service.,Monitor banking centre business performance and implement action plans to address gaps.,Collaborate with partners to maximize market opportunities and enhance overall performance.,Manage and minimize risk for the bank, clients, and shareholders.,Lead and coach a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to foster client relationships and growth.,Provide meaningful development opportunities for employees.,Recruit employees who align with CIBC's values.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Asset: Completed Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Minimum Education

Professional certifications (Mutual Funds License, potentially BCO, BME, CPH, WME, CFP)
