Description

This role involves leading a team of financial services professionals to provide exceptional client experiences in personal and business banking. The leader is responsible for hiring, developing, and coaching their team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring accountability for results. The position focuses on building client relationships, supporting their financial needs, and representing CIBC within the community.

What We're Looking For

Lead and coach a high-performing team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships and achieve growth targets.

Deliver an exceptional client experience by meeting client financial needs and providing high service standards.

Advocate CIBC within the community to foster new and existing client relationships.

Encourage employees to resolve client complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

Monitor Banking Centre business performance and implement action plans to address gaps.

Collaborate with partners to maximize market opportunities and enhance overall Banking Centre performance.

Manage and minimize risk to safeguard the bank, clients, and shareholders.

Provide meaningful development opportunities for employees.

Recruit employees who align with CIBC's values.

Flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
