Description

The Banking Centre Leader I at CIBC leads a team of financial services professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business goals. This role involves hiring, developing, coaching, and inspiring the team, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The leader is also responsible for monitoring business performance, managing risk, and advocating for CIBC within the community.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada),Asset: Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO),Asset: Branch Managers Examination Course (BME),Asset: Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH),Asset: Wealth Management Essentials (WME),Asset: Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
