Description

The Banking Centre Leader at CIBC will lead a team of financial services professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role involves hiring, developing, and coaching the team, driving revenue growth, and supporting clients with their financial needs. The leader will be on-site full-time and may work evenings and weekends. They are also expected to be flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.

What We're Looking For

Lead and coach a high-performing team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships and deliver growth.,Deliver an exceptional client experience and provide a high standard of service.,Advocate CIBC within the community to develop new and existing client relationships.,Monitor Banking Centre's business performance and implement action plans to address gaps.,Collaborate with partners to maximize market opportunities and increase overall Banking Centre performance.,Manage and minimize risk.,Be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.,Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to meet team goals.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Asset: Completion of Branch Compliance Officer's Course (BCO).,Asset: Completion of Branch Managers Examination Course (BME).,Asset: Completion of Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME).,Asset: Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
