Description
This role at National Bank's Private Banking 1859 involves providing wealth management services and advice to high-net-worth clients. The Banking Associate will offer a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals, corporations, and government agencies in Canada, as well as specialized services to international clients. Key responsibilities include administrative support for bankers, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty, identifying cross-selling opportunities, managing client accounts and transactions, ensuring compliance, analyzing financial data for financing, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with all relevant parties.
What We're Looking For
Provide administrative and customer service support to bankers or private bankers.,Develop personalized, trust-based relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Optimize client interactions and identify opportunities for recommending multi-product offerings.,Open business and personal files and execute various client transactions.,Ensure strict adherence to compliance and risk management rules.,Analyze financial information and tax structures for processing financing applications.,Ensure all transaction deadlines are met.,Establish and maintain effective communication with all involved parties in client files.
Ideal Candidate
Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field.,Three years of relevant experience.,Completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course.,Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.,Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.,Proficiency in Word and Excel.,Excellent customer service skills.,Outstanding sense of initiative and autonomy.
