The Banking Associate is a banking professional at a store location responsible for delivering TD's brand promise by accurately completing everyday banking transactions, offering advice, and providing educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. The role involves a broad range of tasks including processing transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services.
Key responsibilities include consistently providing exceptional customer service, building and nurturing customer relationships through product knowledge and active listening, managing customer wait times for banker meetings, and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal/external audit and regulatory requirements.
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year experience working with customers (can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience). Teller experience preferred. Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.
High school diploma or GED.
40 hours/week.
Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Ensures ongoing compliance with internal/external audit and regulatory requirements.
