Banking Associate - Blue Bell PA (30 Hours)

Description

The Banking Associate at a TD Bank store location is responsible for accurately processing daily banking transactions and offering customers advice and education on various financial products, services, and tools to help them achieve their financial goals. They play a key role in delivering TD's brand promise.

What We're Looking For

Accurately complete everyday banking transactions.,Provide advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to customers.,Open new accounts.,Engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships using TD's systems and tools.,Understand customer financial needs to identify opportunities for promotion or referral.,Support the bank's customer service strategy.,Drive referrals to store colleagues and partners.,Perform tasks within established policies and procedures.,Complete all required job-specific and compliance-related training.,Understand and follow compliance/risk and control programs.,Ensure ongoing compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.,Contribute to a positive work environment, aligning with TD Model, Brand, and Culture.,Participate in personal performance and development activities.,Act as a brand champion.,Collaborate with team members.,Seek opportunities to improve work delivery with high quality standards.,Take ownership of career and aspirations.,Seek diverse feedback for skill development.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma or GED.,1 year of customer-facing experience (volunteer, education, or military background accepted).,Demonstrated customer service abilities.,Teller experience preferred.,Willingness to be scheduled for work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Completion of Teller training and initial platform training.,Proficient in navigating diverse tasks and maintaining organization in a fast-moving setting.,Exceptional communication skills (terse, explicit, and reliable).,Strong problem-solving capabilities and task prioritization.,Ability to independently manage tasks and adhere to timelines.,Good judgment for decision-making.,Well-versed in Microsoft Office functionality.,Notary License preferred.
