In this professional branch-based role, the Banking Associate serves as a key representative of the TD brand. The position involves managing daily financial transactions, offering personalized financial advice, and educating customers on banking products and digital tools to help them achieve their financial objectives. The role focuses on building trust and deepening customer relationships through proactive service and consultative support.
Execute everyday banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing,
Open and close personal deposit accounts and manage debit/credit card issues,
Identify customer needs to provide referrals to appropriate internal partners,
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure operational accuracy,
Follow strict regulatory guidelines including the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act,
Proactively manage leads and schedule customer appointments,
Provide technical support for mobile and online banking platforms
Proven customer service skills in a retail or professional environment,
Must complete mandatory Teller and Platform training upon hire,
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,
Authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
30 hours/week
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
