Description

This position requires client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to optimize client interactions. The Banking Advisor will assist clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs, acting as an RBC ambassador to help them achieve their financial goals. This includes demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex cases to specialists to ensure meaningful client experiences and foster loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs and sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and technology demonstration to enhance client experience and drive sales.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage with clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.,Willingness to obtain Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for client-first service and proven success in a target-driven sales environment.,Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success.,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Bilingualism (English and French) is required to serve clients effectively.
