Description

This role focuses on client interaction and sales, where the advisor helps clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor acts as an RBC representative, providing value, solving problems, and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals. This involves educating clients on digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex needs to specialists to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs and provide advice.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology for a better client experience, driving sales and retaining business.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.,Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) or willingness to obtain it.,Demonstrated passion for client focus and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills to build strong relationships and connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive for success.,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Bilingualism (English and French) is required.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) or willingness to obtain it.,Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the finance or service sector (Nice-to-have).
