Description

This role focuses on maximizing client interactions through client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving. The advisor assists clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs, acts as an RBC ambassador, and collaborates with partners to help clients achieve their goals. The position involves client education on digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to create meaningful client experiences and drive satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales and referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and demonstration using technology to deliver client experiences, drive sales, and retain business.,Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand individual needs.,Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.,Must have Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.,Availability to work all open business hours.
