Description
As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will engage in a diverse role impacting clients' and colleagues' lives. You will provide a client-centric experience by listening to needs, resolving complex situations, and offering suitable solutions for personal and small business clients across transactions, investments, financing, insurance, and estate planning. This role also involves ensuring client satisfaction, referring to specialists, and adhering to compliance rules. There are opportunities for career development, including obtaining a mutual fund representative license to expand responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.,Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning needs.,Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.,Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.,Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Ideal Candidate
Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent,Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence (or obtain within three months of hiring with full refund upon successful completion),Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
