Description

This role focuses on client interaction, leveraging sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist clients with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor acts as an RBC ambassador, creating valuable client experiences by demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex needs to specialists, ultimately driving satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs and sales opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology for a memorable experience, sales, and business retention.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon contact.,Listen to clients to understand their individual needs.,Resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Build and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Bilingualism (English and French).,Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in finance or service sector (nice-to-have).
