Description

This role focuses on maximizing client interactions by using sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The advisor acts as an RBC ambassador, adding value to client experiences and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their goals. This includes demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community to identify banking needs and sales/referral opportunities.,Focus on client education and digital technology for a memorable client experience, sales, and business retention.,Assist clients with financial transactions upon contact.,Actively listen and engage clients to understand their individual needs.,Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).,Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a target-driven sales environment.,Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.,Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry (Nice-to-have).
