Description

This role involves leveraging client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to assist clients with their daily banking, credit, and investment needs. The Banking Advisor acts as an RBC ambassador, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by providing valuable advice and collaborating with partners to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in branches and the community, identifying banking needs, providing advice, and finding sales/referral opportunities.,Educate clients and demonstrate technology for a memorable client experience, driving sales and retaining business.,Respond to client inquiries and assist with a full range of financial transactions.,Actively listen and converse with clients to understand their individual needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation (or willingness to obtain it, e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course),Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment,Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.),Availability to work all open business hours,Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry (Nice-to-have)
