Description

This position requires a client-focused sales professional with problem-solving skills to manage client interactions, address everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. The role involves acting as an RBC ambassador, collaborating with partners, and leveraging expertise to create positive client experiences and drive loyalty. Key activities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients in all branch areas and the community, identifying banking needs and sales opportunities.,Focus on client education and technology-driven demonstrations to enhance client experience and drive sales.,Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions upon contact.,Actively listen to understand individual client needs.,Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course),Demonstrated passion for client-first approach and success in a target-driven sales environment,Problem-solving and people skills with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients,Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success,Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops),Bilingualism (English and French) is required for serving clients with English and French-speaking needs.
